You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits, Billing, and Plans

• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation applies to future billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Seedance 2.0 to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.

• fraud, impersonation, or misleading deepfake usage;
• malware, unauthorized access, or platform abuse.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Content and Outputs

You retain rights to your input content and generated outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for:

• ensuring you have rights to uploaded assets;
• reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use;
• complying with platform policies, intellectual property rules, and local laws.

We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated outputs.

7. Platform Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fixed model behavior, or specific generation speed. Maintenance, outages, provider issues, and model updates may affect performance.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• these Terms are violated;
• payment obligations are not met;
• misuse risks security or service integrity.

You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 2.0 is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective when posted on this page.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
